Not much right now because most of it is in the diaper bag. There is: a small calendar, a pen, nail file, nail clippers, chapstick, piece of keychain that fell off, penny, and an old grocery list.
Plus, in the diaper bag there is: wallet containing all credit cards and cash, bag with Epi Pen and Benadryl, a pink diaper, a wetbag (from Monkeyfoot Designs, my favorite), a ziploc bag of wipes, and my camera.
Nothing shocking, sorry!

It sounds like the perfect bag of stuff for a mom. It is so hard when you have to carry both the purse and the diaper bag.
When you found the piece of keychain that had broken off, you did throw it away, right?
